A seamless smart home featuring integrated lighting, ceiling fans, TV control, motorized curtains, and presence-based foyer and toilet lighting.
Smart automations keep the tank water heater ready around shower times while reducing unnecessary energy use, and automatically close the curtains during daytime TV viewing to minimise glare.
To meet the homeowner's preference for controlling the walkway light from the living room switch instead of the common toilet switch, a custom automation solution was implemented. This avoided the need for rewiring while preserving the original electrical layout and delivering the desired user experience.

A fully integrated smart home featuring animated LED strip lighting throughout the house, creating dynamic scenes and ambient effects.
The system integrates the TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, motorized curtains, fridge, robot vacuum and fully automated lighting for every room, delivering a truly hands-free experience without the need to manually switch lights on or worry about forgetting to turn them off.

We highly recommend having a neutral wire, as it provides more stable power to smart switches and offers better compatibility, responsiveness, and long-term reliability.
That said, no-neutral solutions are also available and can work well for many existing homes where rewiring is not practical. We’ll recommend the most suitable option based on your home’s electrical setup.
